Section 1: Data Availability

Data availability is calculated as processed (L2) p1-8 days divided by L0 available days for PGN instruments only. Non-PGN instruments are excluded before calculating the statistics.

Section 1a: Data availability overall

Data availability is summarized as processed p1-8 days divided by L0 available days. When the overall L2 p1-8 count is below the L0 count, L2Fit dates are checked and used if they provide a larger count. The section shows PGN summary and status counts. Status thresholds are: best ≥90%, good 70-90%, medium 50-70%, and low <50%.

Section 1b: Data availability by gas/product

Product availability is calculated from the internal FastAPI list_files_in_timerange endpoint using level L2, the retrieval code, BlickP version p1-8, and cf_vector=official. L2Fit is queried only when the L2 product count is below the L0 count; when the matching L2Fit retrieval returns more dates than L2, the L2Fit dates are used for that product count. L2Fit code mapping uses f-codes for standard products and paired fnvs4/fnvs5 dates for rnvs3. Unique metadata_date values are divided by the L0 available-date count. The missing-dataset count in the bar hover means zero available dates for that product, not partial product coverage.

Section 1c: Product date coverage by dataset, ordered highest to lowest L0 days

The black line shows the first-to-last available L0 date for each PGN-certified Pan/loc/spec dataset. Each vertical colored line shows the first-to-last L2 available date for one product at that dataset. Product lines are slightly offset within each dataset slot so overlapping products remain visible. The x-axis shows vertical Pan ID/location dataset labels ordered from highest to lowest L0 available-date count, and the y-axis is time by year.

Section 2: Quality Controlled Data Coverage

QC coverage is calculated as quality-assured L0 days divided by L0 available days for each PanSel. The mean site-level QC coverage is 33.1%; 140 site(s) are below 20%.

Section 3: Network-wide QC and Calibration Coverage through 31-Aug-2026

Section 3a: Cumulative QC coverage

This interactive chart summarizes cumulative QC-covered L0 days and cumulative L0 days without QC across the PGN using custom 3-month reporting periods (Dec-Feb, Mar-May, Jun-Aug, Sep-Nov). It uses the same enriched Pan/loc/spec L0 date rows as Sections 1 and 2. The latest cumulative QC coverage is 43.5%.

Section 3b: L0 full-calibration and QC coverage

The top panel uses L0 dataset-days as the denominator for each 3-month reporting period. Blue shows QC-covered L0 days. Green shows calibrated L0 days without QC, where calibration requires an rnvs3 p1-8 L2 available date inside a valid full-calibration interval. Grey shows L0 days without QC and full calibration coverage. Full-calibration validity runs from each full CF start through the day before the next distinct full CF start, unless an explicit endDate is supplied. Datasets verified to have rnvs3 filenames but no usable rnvs3 bulk-L2 data are excluded from calibrated coverage. The lower panel compares QC period-days by performed date with actual rnvs3 L2 calibration-days assigned to the official cfVector release period.

Section 4: EVDC Upload

EVDC upload coverage is shown by first upload date per PGN-certified instrument, and by first instrument upload for each code/version. This avoids treating the 2026 upload-method change as a large jump in scientific coverage. Missing retrieval code values are treated as rnvs1, and missing BlickP version values are treated as 1.7. The black dotted reference line shows when instruments first received an available L0 file. EVDC upload charts keep Pan/loc units explicit where location-level data are available.
